The modern European menu is grazing style, with dishes that are easy to share amongst friends. A great selection of small plates gets things started: Salt & Pepper tiger Prawns, Herb Crusted Whole Rack of Lamb or soft shell crab taco, salsa fresca and avocado. Seafood Grill of langoustines, scallops, salmon and king prawns with aioli are heavenly for sharing. Can´t stand all the heat? Don´t miss the designer dishes served on ice plates such as Smoked Salmon, potato galette, salon mousse or perhaps round off your meal with a dessert served in an ice bowl. Before or after your meal, a visit to the surreal world of the ABSOLUT ICEBAR is a must.

Kept at a frosty minus 5 degrees, and carved from crystal clear ice harvested from the Torne River in Sweden including the tables, walls and even your glass. Step inside a giant hollow iceberg, or just relax with one of the many vodka cocktails on offer (one is included with your price of admission). The ICEBAR is operated in 40 minute time slots, and a stylish sub-artic silver cape is provided to keep you warm during your visit.
